Competition Day Schedule
Welcoming our Competitors & Calibration | 8:00–9:00am
Competitor check-in and setup. Judges and rule committee members will participate in calibration and official coffee tasting.
Doors Open | 9:00–9:30am
Spectators are welcome to hang out and find out who advances & taste competition coffee!
First Round | 9:30am–1:00pm
The first round on the stage
Lunch| 1:00–2:00pm
Lunch Break
Final round| 2:00–5:30pm
10-minute routine performance by top 7 competitors. Doors open to the public at 2:00pm again for the final round.
Awards | 5:30–6:00pm
Trophies for first through third place, plus prizes from sponsors for top 7 competitors.
