Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but in case you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns/exchanges for unused and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase or receipt. Here at CAFEC, we always aim for our customers to enjoy our quality products and give you the best customer service.

To return or exchange a product, please contact us at ordercafec@gmail.com.  Our support team will review your request and proceed accordingly. Once approved for return/exchange, we will provide you the return address for shipping.

Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by our team and a return label is provided.

Kindly ship your items with all the original packaging and included accessories. Items must arrive in like-new condition to receive a full refund. Once received, our support team will update you on the status of your return and issue a refund or exchange the product.

Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as Merchandise Credit.
