The “FLOWER DRIPPER OVAL” gives you the ability to refine your brewing process, ensuring a coffee with a smooth mouthfeel and rich flavor.

What’s the advantage of flower shape?
The key feature of the FLOWER DRIPPER is its flower-shaped ribs. These ribs, formed by gouging the dripper, ensure an air layer between the dripper and the paper filter, allowing the fresh coffee grounds to expand freely. Additionally, the linear ribs extending from the flower ribs to the bottom of the dripper act as channels to the bottom hole, facilitating the smooth extraction of coffee.

Meticulously designed dripper structure

1. Two types of ribs support smooth extraction

The flower ribs allow the coffee powder to expand sufficiently, and water permeate all over coffee powder to extract the coffee liquid.

The linear ribs at the bottom make a path for coffee liquid to flow towards the bottom hole.

2. Bottom holes that control the brewing speed

1. The dripper comes in two sizes: 101 (for 1-2 cups) and 102 (for 3-5 cups). The number of bottom holes is adjusted depending on the size to achieve the appropriate brewing speed. The 101, which uses a smaller amount of coffee grounds, has only one hole to allow the coffee to drip slowly. On the other hand, the 102, which uses a larger amount of grounds, has two holes to let the coffee drip relatively faster, preventing the extraction of unpleasant flavors.


2. The projecting rib on the back side of the bottom hole ensure a clear flow path for coffee. These ribs help the coffee flow smoothly and prevent over-extraction at the bottom.

3. Fit with CAFEC paper

As the name "FLOWER DRIPPER OVAL" suggests, the dripper has a slightly oval shape when viewed from above. This is the result of narrowing the dripper’s angle as much as possible, without compromising the fit with CAFEC paper, in order to ensure a deep filtering layer even with a trapezoidal design.
